The final six issues of the Edgar Snatch serial will be released over the next couple of weeks. Stay tuned.
Snatch opened his eyes and prepared to answer the Question Queen’s questions, but his eyes opened to a different setting than the one he expected.
His hands were cuffed and he sat in the rear seat of Laura’s squad car. He peered through the divider and sucked his bottom lip into his mouth, between his teeth.
Laura drove in silence.
“What’s going on?” Snatch asked. His voice dragged itself through the muggy humidity of the thick air in the police car.

One week has passed since I announced my comment spam story project. I’m happy to say that the spam hasn’t slowed down since that announcement. I’ve gotten some great material to work with. I have close to 40 spam comments saved, some with some really weird content in them, and at this point I’m not quite sure how I’m going to string it all together into a coherent story.
I fully expect to have enough material to get started in one more week, and look forward to the new spam I’m going to get between now and then. It’s going to be a train wreck and a great practice in creativity at the same time.

Once again, I am changing the Edgar Snatch update schedule. The story of Edgar Snatch will no longer be updated twice a week. Updates to the serial will be posted weekly, beginning Wednesday, the 28th. This new update schedule will give me more time to write ahead, develop the story and add characters. If you think the story of Edgar Snatch has been crazy so far, you haven’t seen anything yet.
In other news, I recently (re)discovered a couple things I wrote several years ago for a (now-defunct) venture called Keep It Coming. I’m reading through these rediscovered works and intend to release the content soon.
Until then, take this short break in the story of Edgar Snatch to catch up, if you haven’t been reading.

Today is Independence Day. Please celebrate responsibly (if you’re drinking) and safely (if you’re playing with fireworks). There will be no Edgar Snatch update today, but don’t worry. Edgar Snatch will be returning on Wednesday and will face the problems he’s got coming to him. We’ll see how he takes care of this problem without compounding what’s already facing him.
